One of 30 spacious and well equipped and presented apartments in five large villas on hillside overlooking Obidos lagoon with Foz do Arelho and excellent beach nearby. Children's play area and gated shared swimming pool (7x13m, 1.5-2m depth) with adjacent children's pool (50cm depth) and poolside shower. Well tended mainly lawned gardens plus tennis court to rear.

Master bedroom ensuite shower room, twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom and children's twin bedroom ensuite shower room. For maximum flexibility the apartment is offered for 2 people (1 bedroom), 4 (2 bedrooms) or 6 (3 bedrooms for 4 adults and 2 children). Cot and highchair also available. Electric and gas heaters and portable air conditioners also on offer. Please see below for all optional supplements available.

Hallway, fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, dining area, living room with doors to terrace with barbecue and furniture overlooking lagoon and beach.

Very well located half a mile from lagoon, 3km to beach and Foz do Arelho and local shops and restaurants. Historic Caldas da Rainha within 10km with wide selection of restaurants, major shops and all other facilities.

Linen (except pool/beach towels) provided and changed weekly, as is maid service. Minimum booking 5 nights (7 in July/August). Preferred arrival Thursday or Saturday 1600, depart 1000. Other days by arrangement.

Age restrictions apply at some properties (either at the owner's request or because on inspection we judged them necessary) and are indicated accordingly. 'Infant' or 'baby' means 3 years or less, 'child' more than 3 years to 12 years and 'adult' more than 12 years.

Bookings are accepted subject strictly to these requirements and the party arriving at the property must conform with them.
