Roomy pool level apartment in one of the first houses built at sought-after Quinta das Raposeiras in superb position with views down to coast. Non-resident owners' house above is rarely occupied. Local shops and restaurants, many more in area.
Access via separate gate and drive through garden to double doors into large living room, off which through arch are curtained sleeping area with double bed and antique furniture, bathroom with shower over and walk-in wardrobe. Kitchenette with breakfast bar, cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. Living room has 3 large sliding windows with insect screens overlooking terrace, dining table with chairs, sofa and armchairs. Air conditioning available (supplement).
Outside down steps to ballustraded pool terrace with covered barbecue area and irregular shaped private pool about 8x4m overall plus steps in at one end.
Linen (except beach/pool towels) provided. Maid once per week and weekly linen change. Excellent for peaceful holiday whilst convenient for local towns, villages, coast and countryside. Preferred arrival during July-August Saturday 1600, depart 1000. Other days by arrangement.
